Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Wedding Photography Agreement and Security Deposit To reserve Mark Nomura Photography to photograph your wedding, a Wedding Photography Agreement and Security Deposit are required. Wedding Information Forms We have several forms that are helpful in planning. The following are a great way for you to share infomation about your family, friends, and wedding plans: - Wedding Information Form (pdf / doc)Please send the following items if and when available: - An Invitation Please call! During the planning stages of your wedding, you will have questions about the timing of events and other general questions relating to photography. Please feel free to call us with any questions you may have. It is our pleasure to help with the planning of your event. Engagement Portrait Call the studio to schedule your engagement portrait. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of prints depending on when selections are returned to the studio. You may schedule to have your portrait taken at the studio or any location of your choice. A Week Before the Wedding We'll talk on the phone one last time before your wedding day to confirm where and when we will meet. We'll also talk about any changes that have been made in the schedule since the last time we have talked. The Day of Your Wedding I will usually get together with the bride about 2 hours before the ceremony to begin photographing. I will then get together with the guys about an hour before the ceremony. Photo List This is simply a list of suggestions... Please make of list of the most important photographs you would like to have. Medium format proofs are 4"x5" while digital and 35mm color and black and white proofs are 4"x6". Expect delivery in 3-5 weeks. We will call you when they're ready. Print Order Form Your Wedding Album After you have had time to review your proofs, we will schedule an appoitment to complete the layout for your wedding album. Allow 3-5 weeks for reprints and another 10-12 weeks for delivery of your album. I have looked at many albums, books, and boxes and consider Asuka Book, Cypress Albums, GraphiStudio, Leather Craftsmen, and Zookbinders to be some of the finest available. If you would like to have your photographs presented in a more personal manner, other options are available. I will do my best to see that you are pleased with the results. |
